Privacy Policy

The short version: Tipfolio collects no personal data, has no user accounts, and does no tracking. Your tips, hours, and other income data stay on your device and in your own private iCloud. We never see it.

Who we are

What we collect

Nothing. Tipfolio has no server that stores your information and no analytics or advertising SDKs. The income data you enter is written to the local database on your device.

It also syncs through your own private iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit, so your shifts follow you between your devices. That copy lives in your personal iCloud storage, not ours: Handler Labs has no access to it, no credentials for it, and no way to read it. Nothing is sent to a Handler Labs server, because there isn't one. If you would rather keep everything on a single device, turn Tipfolio off under iCloud in the iOS Settings app and it keeps working locally.

Purchases

If you buy Premium or Lifetime, the purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes payment; we receive only the subscription status needed to unlock features. We do not receive your name, card, or contact details.

Tracking and advertising

We do not track you across apps or websites, show ads, or sell data. Tipfolio does not use the Advertising Identifier and makes no App Tracking Transparency request, because there is nothing to track.

Children

Tipfolio is intended for working adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights and control

Because your data lives in your own storage, you are always in control. You can export everything to CSV or PDF at any time, save a backup file, or delete individual entries. Delete All Data in Settings erases every job, shift, goal, and expense, and that deletion syncs, so the copy in your iCloud goes with it. Removing the app erases its local data; to clear the iCloud copy as well, use Delete All Data first, or remove Tipfolio's data under iCloud in the iOS Settings app.

Website

This website is static and does not set tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first and keep it privacy-first.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app or on this page.
