These terms cover your use of the Tipfolio app and this website, both provided by Handler Labs LLC. By using them, you agree to what follows. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard license agreement.

What Tipfolio is

Tipfolio is a personal tool for logging tips and hours and seeing your earnings. Its totals, projections, and tax figures are estimates based on the data you enter. They are informational and are not financial or tax advice. Always confirm important numbers with a qualified professional.

Your data and content

The income data you enter is yours. It stays on your device and, if you enable it, your own iCloud. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; export is always free.

Subscriptions and payment

Premium is available monthly or yearly, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate the law. We may update or discontinue features over time.

Disclaimer and liability

Tipfolio is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Handler Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or its estimates.
